• Site surveys to assess needs and sizing of equipment as well as application specific recommendations.
• Electrical testing for harmonics in addition to other facility problems involving air conditioning, ventilating, humidity control or power problems.
• Design assistance to Engineers, Contractors, and End Users.
• Installation assistance to the installing contractor, as needed.
• Assist start up for any equipment we sell, as needed. (We are factory trained.)
• Provide a troubleshooting interface between our customers and the equipment factories.
• Maintain a parts inventory which makes readily available the parts needed to service the equipment we sell.
• Give the best service possible to our customers - the engineers designing the job, the contractors installing the equipment, or the end user after the equipment is installed.
• Represent factories that produce the highest quality equipment in their fields.
• Furnish the level of value added service that matches the quality of the products that we sell.
